FAQ's over the Christmas holidays
We are a small team of two running this business (and also completing a degree in acting at the same time!) so we will be taking time off from the 22nd of December to the 27th of December to rest, re-stock and make sure we can continue to provide you with excellent theatre gifts!
We will be closing down for Christmas on the 22nd of December.
You will be able to place orders on our website but any orders placed will not be shipped until after the 27th of December.
This is so that we can concentrate on fulfilling customer orders in time for Christmas and helping our customers with any issues that may arrive with courier delays.
If you have placed and order before midday on the 22nd of December then this will be shipped before Christmas.
If you have placed an order after this time then this will be shipped after the 28th of December and our standard delivery times will be effective after this date.
We have included a number of our most frequently asked questions below to help you get support whilst we are closed, we have also created a number of forms to help speed things up for you.
We will be back on email from the 27th of December so we will respond to your email or form submission straight after that.
If this is before the 22nd of December, please drop us an email as soon as possible with your order number to 'email@example.com' and we will get back to you immediately.
Royal Mail (our courier) are having severe delays of up to 2-3 weeks at. present because of internal changes and covid delays but we will do everything we can to get your item to you in time for Christmas.
Our courier changed the requirements around shipping rates without our knowledge and so a small number of orders have been affected and charged an additional £1.50 on their postage.
If this has happened to you then please complete this form and we will refund you the levy immediately.
